Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully. They set out the rules for using clikjob.ai's browser extension and related services.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using clikjob.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service or the browser extension.
We may update these terms as the product develops. When we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know.
2. Use of the Service
clikjob.ai is a tool that helps you autofill job-application questions from a saved profile. You control your profile and review every answer before it is submitted.
Permitted use
Use clikjob.ai to prepare and autofill applications for yourself or for candidates you are authorized to represent, and to manage your saved profiles.
Restrictions
Don't reverse-engineer the Service, scrape it, resell it, misrepresent a person's information, or use it to bypass security measures or violate a website's terms.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information in your profile and everything submitted through the Service. Because you review answers before submitting, you are responsible for what you send to an employer or platform.
- Keep your profile accurate and up to date.
- If you apply on behalf of candidates, make sure you're authorized to use their information.
- Follow the terms and requirements of the job platforms and employers you apply to.
4. AI-drafted content
clikjob.ai uses AI to draft answers from your profile. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate, so the Service is designed for you to review and edit every answer before it is submitted. You are responsible for the final content of any application you send.
5. Intellectual property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality — including the software, design, and any AI systems — are and remain the property of clikjob.ai and its licensors. "clikjob.ai" and its logo are trademarks; please don't use them without our written permission. You keep ownership of the profile information and content you provide.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis while in development, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular outcome — such as interviews or job offers — from using clikjob.ai.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, clikjob.ai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access to the Service if these terms are violated or to protect the Service and its users. On account closure, we will delete or de-identify your associated data, unless we must retain it for legal reasons.
8. Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which clikjob.ai operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
